Please send artwork to: art@directconnectionsus.com Please include the following in your email: Subject: Your PO #Body: Company Name All orders will be pad printed (or debossed on applicable products) Note: Different products and printing processes cause slight variations in final imprint colors. Every effort will be made to match colors as closely as possible. Pad Printing is a process that transfers an image from an etched plate onto a silicone pad then onto the product. Type should not be below 12 pt. (sans-serif) or 16 pt. (serif). Spot colors only. No halftones or bleeds. Artwork Specifications & Requirements: Files must be sent PC-formatted Adobe Illustrator CS or CS2 native .ai or .eps vector file. All type/text converted to outlines/curves. Note: for Macintosh users, the files must be PC-formatted. Files can be sent via e-mail using the above formats. Proofs: Digital proof sent by email. Artwork will be sized as large as possible or at our designer’s discretion for visual appeal unless otherwise specified. Production schedules depend upon the quality of the artwork received. Pricing: Product pricing, features and specifications are subject to change without notice and are updated on our website. Art Changes: Art charges will be assessed according to difficulty and time necessary to recreate when applicable at $50.00 (G) per hour for the following improperly formatted digital art saved as .eps, .ai, .jpg, web images, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quark XPress and Adobe PageMaker files, laser printed artwork, halftone art that needs to be resized, stats, PMTs, photographs, slides, transparencies, positive or negative films, photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, or any other art that needs to be scanned, recreated, touched up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one color or otherwise improved. Trademark Notice: Imprinted artwork of logos with and without trademarks, copyrights and registration marks are shown on sales sheets and website to illustrate our decorating capabilities only and are not for sale. By submitting an order and artwork to Direct Connections, customer represents that the use or display of artwork to Direct Connections will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby agrees to defend and hold Direct Connections harmless from all claims.
