Allow 5-7 additional production days. Miscellaneous/Additional Charges: Less than Minimum: $50 (G) Absolute minimum is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity. Debossing: Only available on DC-E301 leather USB Drive. Debossing Minimum: 300 units. Samples: All sample PO’s are processed through faxed requests. Samples are billed at EQP and are shipped on your UPS or FedEx account. Dummy samples available in some items, call for details. Samples not returned in good condition, will be charged. Some items may not be returned due to health issues. PMS Color Match: We will make every effort to match PMS colors. Standard PMS colors shown below are available at no additional charge. PMS match on non-white items cannot be guaranteed. White, silver or other light colors only recommended on most translucent items. Repair or Replacement: Every effort will be made to return repaired items with imprint. No-imprint replacement may be substituted if necessary. Drop Ship/Split Shipments: br /> $10.00 (G) for each additional destination after the first, when the total order is prepared and shipped at one time to multiple locations. SHIPPING: Shipping: FOB Redmond, WA. Foreign Shipments: $30.00 (G) handling charge per location. Please provide 3rd party shipper number. Call factory for details. BILLING Terms: Net 30 to open account customers. All other must submit pre-payment with order. All prices shown in US dollars and all payments must be made in US funds. 1% will accrue on past due balances. There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks. Production schedule cannot begin until credit is approved. Collections: Accounts requiring collections will be liable for all associated costs. Cancellation of orders: $30.00 (G) plus costs of all current work in progress. Returned Goods: Must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 15 business days of receipt of order. Returns will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warranty: All USB Flash Memory products carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery excluded. Returned imprint items may be replaced with no-imprint items if necessary.
